Grievance Procedures

The work group should establish a grievance sub-group or committee to outline procedures for handling contestant hearing requests. The process may consist of hearing the contestant’s concerns, allowing the subcommittee to ask questions, holding a discussion among the subcommittee members, and issuing a final decision.
