They encouraged the audience to celebrate diversity and work as one cohesive team, as well as discuss the effects that a lack of diversity and inclusion have on organizations.

National RTAP contributed to a Center for Transportation and the Environment (CTE) white paper published by National Center for Applied Transit Technology (N-CATT): Building Successful Partnerships between Rural Transit Systems Deploying Zero-Emission Vehicles and their Electric Utilities. The paper discusses how electric utilities can help rural transit agencies understand how different zero-emission (ZEV) charging or fueling strategies to minimize electricity costs and what electrical infrastructure upgrades are needed to support ZEV deployments.
