- Identify and utilize federal circulars and guidance relevant to transit management.
Western Tribal Technical Assistance Program (WTTAP) and National RTAP are holding a Tribal Transit Workshop in Los Angeles, CA. This workshop was originally scheduled to take place in August 2026 and will be rescheduled.
This training is designed using the framework established by The National RTAP Transit Manager’s Toolkit, an online resource designed to help new rural transit managers operate efficiently and comply with federal FTA Section 5311 regulations.
