Jess Segovia, your ADA Guru, has decades of experience working for public and private organizations; large and small. He has created and operated a number of fully accessible transportation programs and services. Jess travels the country working with small to medium sized agencies in need of improving how transportation services are provided to riders with disabilities. In addition to training, Jess can assist with operating policies and procedures, Mystery Rider observations, wheelchair securement, Drug and Alcohol policies, Transportation Coordination Plans and Public Outreach. Jess has also presented conference sessions for National RTAP, Arizona Transit Association, Transportation Association of South Carolina, Southwest Transit Association, Texas Transit Association, Colorado Association of Transit Agencies, and California Association for Coordinated Transportation.
