Jim Cermak is a Certified PASS Master Trainer (Passenger Assistance, Safety, and Sensitivity) through the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA), and also a Certified Trainer for AMF-Bruns and Q’Straint wheelchair securements. Jim has trained over 2,500 drivers, supervisors and administrators throughout the country from state agencies, public transit, senior care, and other industries. His engaging presentation style coupled with his ADA and industry knowledge helps attendees understand their critical role in customer safety, satisfaction, and loyalty.
