Lenzy Williams is a Training and Solutions Specialist with 30 years of public transportation experience in operations, training, safety, workforce development, and program management.

Lenzy is a Master Trainer and developer of the CARES Driver Certification Training program. He began in frontline transit operations and advanced to Hiring and Training Supervisor. He is a two-time CTAA National Community Transportation Roadeo Champion and Transit Driver of the Year.

Lenzy has served as an expert witness in multiple transit-related cases, with expertise in passenger safety, mobility device securement, driver practices, and liability awareness.

Through Crown Consulting Group, Lenzy supports rural and small urban transit agencies with practical solutions that strengthen training, safety, liability awareness, employee performance, and passenger service.
