National RTAP is requesting proposals to update our Tap into RTAP video

The National Rural Transit Assistance Program (National RTAP) is requesting proposals to update our Tap into RTAP video, created in 2010, to include the full scope of our current offerings and show how they can benefit all rural and Tribal transit stakeholders.

Proposers may submit questions related to this solicitation via e-mail to info@nationalrtap.org by 5:00 PM ET on July 15, 2026. A Preproposal Call will be held on July 29, 2026 from 2:00-3:00 PM ET to answer proposer questions.
