National RTAP Welcomes New Review Board Member

National RTAP is pleased to announce our newest Review Board member, whose term begins at our fall meeting, which will be held in Austin, TX on December 11-12, 2025: LaShanda McKinney, CCTM, Executive Director, Bolivar County Council on Aging, Inc.

The National RTAP Review Board provides in-depth expertise and local perspectives to ensure that National RTAP products and services are of the highest quality, easily accessible, and useful for local transit operators and State RTAP managers.
