Alaska Sample Transit Asset Management Spreadsheets

Alaska DOT has supplied two sample Transit Asset Management (TAM) spreadsheets: an asset inventory spreadsheet and an asset condition measurement spreadsheet.  The inventory spreadsheet includes worksheets for vans, cutaways, buses, non-revenue vehicles, equipment and intelligent transportation systems (ITS).  The asset condition measurement tool provides a scoring guide for vehicle components, including engines, electrical system, suspension, etc.  The spreadsheets are available in a downloadable zip file.
