Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors (eLearning)

Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors is a National RTAP eLearning course intended for front line supervisors and others responsible for making reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing referrals of employees who perform safety-sensitive job functions for transit agencies that receive FTA funding under Sections 5311, 5307, 5309, and 5339. The training is available through National RTAP eLearning.
