The National RTAP Resource Center staff, with input from our team and our Review Board Members, developed a survey this summer of our Resource Center users. We contacted users who had ordered print resources from the library within the past 3 years, and listed the survey in our newsletter and social media platforms. We received 29 anonymous responses. Responses will help us plan to serve our customers better and develop new products and services.
Changes we plan to implement as a result of this survey include:
- Improvements to the online Resource Share ordering process and to our shipping process
- Providing our training modules on thumb drives
- Planning new training products based on the topic recommendations of respondents
