- All calls for Public Transit, Access Transportation and Veteran’s Transportation come into one phone number 1-888-217-5222 (983-2494 locally).
- Dispatchers are on duty from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Ride requests need to called in between 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.
- We try to answer each call in person, if we can’t, an auto-attendant will help re-direct your call. If you don’t get a dispatcher in person, please leave a message and one will call you back as soon as possible. Voice mail is available day and night seven days a week.
Kanabec County – Timber Trails Public Transit dispatchers perform an essential function in our department; they coordinate the rides and the routes. Dispatchers help determine what program will best meet each caller’s needs. They’ll explain about the fare or how the ride will be billed.
