R-TRAC is the Rural Technical Resource and Communication Center. A community that is both physical and virtual. The physical R-TRAC library is housed in Waltham, MA and contains over two decades of National RTAP training modules, best practice briefs, reports, brochures and primers. It is a one-stop shop for rural transit operators looking for resources.
