Elizabeth Taylor, Senior Project Manager at National RTAP, started in May 2013 after spending over five years at Boston University in the College of Arts & Sciences. In her most recent position there as Payroll Coordinator, she handled staff and student payroll; ensured compliance with personnel-related laws and policies; and developed and delivered trainings on these subjects. While working she earned her Master of City Planning degree, where she came to appreciate the critical importance of efficient transportation for individuals and our economy as a whole. Liz is also interested in how improved public transit can help reduce dependence on automobiles. She volunteers for the Livable Streets Alliance, a non-profit organization that advocates for a balanced transportation system in Metro Boston to improve connectivity and livability. Liz holds a masters degree from Boston University and a bachelors degree from Lafayette College.
