In order to access all of the applications in the Cloud including the ProcurementPRO program, the state DOT has to create an account. The person creating the account is the State’s Portal Administrator to the state’s Cloud account. Once this has been established, the State Portal Administrator can access the state portal by logging into RTAP in the Cloud. The State Portal Administrator will also administer the security roles of the staff including the person designated as the state’s ProcurementPRO Portal Administrator. For security reasons, National RTAP is requesting all states to send a letter, on the organization’s letterhead, with the names of the State Portal Administrator and the ProcurementPRO Portal Administrator. A pdf of the letter can be sent via email to support@nationalrtap.org. All state DOT staff can access the Cloud and the applications by registering under the state’s Cloud portal. If the state has already created an account, a letter designating the State Portal Administrator and the ProcurementPRO Portal Administrator should be sent to support@nationalrtap.org.
