The National RTAP resource center is a community that is both physical and virtual. The physical library is housed in Waltham, MA and contains over two decades of National RTAP training modules, best practice briefs, reports, brochures and primers. The virtual resource center houses partner materials, videos, training workbooks and reports, all available online. It is a one-stop shop for rural transit operators looking for resources.
